Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026.
These terms are an agreement between [Legal name of the business], [type of business] with its registered office at [Registered office address, City, State, PIN] (“we”, “us”), which provides SiteCash, and the company that creates a SiteCash account (“you”, the “Customer”). The person who signs up confirms that they may accept these terms for the company.
1. Documents that form the agreement
These terms, the Privacy policy, the Refund & cancellation policy, the Data Processing Agreement, the Service levels & support page and the Data security & integrity page together form the agreement. If you sign an order form or quotation with us, it takes priority for the price, plan and term it states.
2. The service
SiteCash is online software, on the web and in the Android and iOS app, for recording site petty cash, printing vouchers, approvals, cash requests, vendor bills, reports and export to Tally. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page. We keep improving SiteCash and may change features, but we will not remove a main feature of your paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
3. Your users
- Your owner and admins add your people, give them a role and choose which sites they can use. You are responsible for what your users do in SiteCash.
- Each person must have their own login. Keep passwords secret, and remove people who leave: their access ends at once.
- Tell us straight away at support@feedautomate.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
4. Free trial
A new company gets a 14-day free trial without payment details. When the trial ends and no plan has been chosen, the company becomes read-only: you can still log in, see and download everything, but not add or change records.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and do not include GST, which is added at the current rate (now 18%). We issue a GST invoice for every payment.
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, online through Razorpay or by bank transfer / UPI as we agree with you.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A new price applies from your next renewal, never to a period already paid.
- If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to pay (a paid period also runs on for 3 days after its end date). After that the company becomes read-only until payment. Late payment never deletes your data during the keeping period in section 12.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time in Plan & Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by the Refund & cancellation policy.
7. Your data belongs to you
- Everything your company records in SiteCash (entries, vouchers, bill photos, vendor bills, requests, masters and notes) is your data (“Customer Data”). You own it.
- You allow us to store, copy (for backups), process and show Customer Data only to provide SiteCash to you, to keep it secure and to meet the law. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or show it to other customers.
- We may use counts and technical logs that do not identify your company (for example, how many entries were saved in a day) to run and improve SiteCash.
- When we handle personal information inside Customer Data, we do so on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
8. Keeping your records separate and trustworthy
Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s. Vouchers keep their numbers and are never deleted; they can only be cancelled with a reason and stay visible. SiteCash keeps a history of who created, changed, approved, cancelled or exported each record. The details are on the Data security & integrity page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your users enter and for your statutory books of account. SiteCash is a tool and is not accounting, tax or legal advice; check what you import into Tally.
9. When our staff can see your data
Our staff open your company’s records only:
- when you ask for help and allow it;
- to investigate or fix a security or technical problem; or
- when the law requires it.
Only named staff who need it have this access, and they are bound to keep it confidential.
10. Security
We follow reasonable security practices as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000, described on the Data security & integrity page. If a security incident affects your data, we will tell you as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
11. Availability and support
Our uptime target, support hours and response times are on the Service levels & support page. We may need short maintenance breaks; we do them at night where possible and announce planned ones in advance.
12. Downloading your data and what happens when you leave
- You can download your cash books, reports and vendor statements to Excel, and your vouchers to Tally, at any time, including while read-only.
- On request from your owner we provide a complete export of your company’s records and bill photos.
- If your plan ends and is not renewed, the company stays read-only and your data is kept for 90 days so you can download it. After that, or 30 days after your owner asks us to close the account, we delete your company’s data. Copies in backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- We keep payment and invoice records for as long as Indian tax law requires.
13. Acceptable use
You and your users must not:
- use SiteCash for anything unlawful, or record information you have no right to hold;
- try to reach another company’s data, get around logins or limits, or test SiteCash’s security without our written permission;
- upload viruses or harmful files, or put an unreasonable load on the service;
- copy, resell or rent SiteCash, or try to rebuild its source code.
14. Suspension
We may make an account read-only or pause access if payment is overdue (section 5), if an account is being used against these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, or if the law requires it. Unless it is urgent, we will tell your owner first and give a chance to fix the problem.
15. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for this agreement. This does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires to be disclosed.
16. Ownership of the software
We own SiteCash, its software, design and name. You get the right to use it for your company’s business while your plan or trial is active. If you send suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. Tally is a trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.; SiteCash is not made or endorsed by Tally Solutions.
17. Other services
SiteCash works with services run by others, such as Tally Prime on your computer, Razorpay, WhatsApp, email providers and the app stores. We are not responsible for how those services work or for their terms.
18. Limits of liability
- Apart from the commitments in this agreement, SiteCash is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be free of every error or interruption.
- Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill.
- Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us for SiteCash in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to your duty to pay fees.
19. Indemnity
You will cover us against claims by others that arise from Customer Data you had no right to record, or from your users’ use of SiteCash against these terms.
20. Ending the agreement
- You can end it at any time by cancelling your plan and asking your owner to close the account.
- Either of us may end it if the other seriously breaks it and does not fix the problem within 15 days of written notice.
- If we stop offering SiteCash, we will give at least 90 days’ notice, refund the unused part of any prepaid period, and give you a full export of your data.
- Sections 7, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19 and 21 continue after the agreement ends.
21. Changes, law and disputes
- We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell your owner by email or in SiteCash at least 15 days before they apply.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
- If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it by talking for 30 days. If that fails, the courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action or large internet outages.
22. Contact and Grievance Officer
Questions about these terms: support@feedautomate.com. Complaints about data or these terms go to our Grievance Officer, [Name of the Grievance Officer], at the same address. Full details are on the Contact page.
