Questions builders ask
Is our data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate, and people only see what you allow: site users see only the sites you give them. Passwords are stored hashed, changes to entries are recorded, and entries sent to Tally are locked. You can export your cash book to Excel at any time, and if your plan ever ends your data stays viewable and exportable.
Which Tally versions are supported?
Tally Prime and Tally.ERP 9. SiteCash exports vouchers as a Tally XML file with your ledgers and cost centres, or the SiteCash connector (a small program on the Windows PC where Tally is open) sends them into Tally automatically on plans that include it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. SiteCash works in the browser of any Android phone or iPhone, with nothing to install. Supervisors can photograph bills straight from the camera, and photos are shrunk before upload so they go through on a weak site connection.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are shown before GST, and GST at 18% is added when you pay. For example, a ₹1,000 plan costs ₹1,180. Each plan card shows the exact amount you pay.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan any time from Plan & Billing. If you don't, your account becomes view-only: you can still see, print and export everything, and adding entries starts again as soon as you pick a plan.
