Delete your SiteCash account

SiteCash accounts belong to a builder company. How you delete depends on whether you want to leave one company or close the company’s account.

I work for a company and want my access removed

Ask your company’s owner or admin to remove you in Users & Access → Remove. Your access ends at once, on the web and in the app.
To also delete your login (name, email, mobile number and password), send a request from the email address you log in with to support@feedautomate.com. We delete it within 30 days.

The vouchers you entered stay in your company’s cash book (with your name as the person who made them), because the company needs a complete record for its accounts and audits.

I am the owner and want to close our company account

Download anything you want to keep: cash books, reports and vendor statements to Excel, and your Tally export files.
Cancel your plan in Plan & Billing if it renews.
Send a request from the owner’s email address with your company name to support@feedautomate.com.

We confirm the request with you, then delete the company’s sites, entries, bill photos and PDFs, vendor bills, cash requests, users’ access and alerts within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten within a further 30 days. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
